I didn't require a third bedroom but if I had, it would have been a problem, especially for young kids as the access to the third bedroom was through a common area between my unit and the next and also where the service elevator was.

Wonderful experience! The complex is great, never had to fight for chairs, even on the beach. Couldn’t have a better location in the marina. The condo is even better than the pictures. We saved money on a whale watching tour because we could just watch them off the balcony! It is extremely well appointed so you needn’t bring anything but your trunks. If we could give it 6 stars we would. Kelly B.
