we as a family would just like to say that our 4-week stay at this wonderful villa was absolutely amazing, it certainly was a home from home with everything our family of 4 could have asked for, very close to shops and fast food outlets and just short journeys away from Disney and SeaWorld parks ow and the pool is superb, our host was very easy and quick to reply to us through the vrbo app. thanks again

I rented this place with less than a two week’s notice in order to visit an elderly relative. The good thing is that they allow dogs and had ceramic tile in the main area. The pool area was filthy and hasn’t seen a powerwash ever. The pool screen and concrete were covered in black dirt/ mildew and bird droppings. Surrounding homes were not. The communication with the owner was good and although she was very pleasant I would not stay here again. The kitchen and bathrooms were were clean but dated. The master shower floor had cracked tile and some weird caulking to repair it. Furniture in living room was decent and dining room was nice. Outside chairs and all cushions were filthy as well. We used the hose to clean them but shouldn’t have been required. With a good power wash and updated bathrooms this place could be great. I don’t know how anyone would rate this place higher than a 3 and that’s pushing it. Don’t rent this place for the pool because you will be disappointed.
