Villa doesn’t look a lot like the pictures, we were messed about upon arrival as we were told we wouldn’t be able to check in as the room wasn’t ready and had to wait an hour, check in was at 2pm, we arrived to the villa at around 9pm. Next morning we were told we could upgrade as a consolation to what happened. We were upgraded to exactley the same villa but with an extra room, to make matters worse we weren’t able to see the tv in this room as it was in a very awkward position. Breakfast wasn’t amazing either below average I would say. Only upside was that the staff were very attentive and always on call, but that’s the kind nature of the Balinese people in general as all the hotels we stayed at in Bali had amazing staff.
