The host was an excellent communicator before-during-after my stay. We had a snafu with the key pad entry mid-stay and within minutes our host had emailed to check in and offer support. The unit was lovely and our stay was perfect.

Excellent communication before and during our stay. Nice property, close to the pool with nice grassy area right by the lanai. Beach club pass lets you enjoy a wonderful beach. Thank you

Our hosts, Steve & Karen are the most accomodating we have ever experienced.The property was exactly as promoted and all communications were highly detailed and informative.Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe place to stay while visiting the Big Island.

The property was ok...needs a lot of renovation....painting,new carpets etc. The lighting in the bathrooms should be changed..it was dark. There was no move in checklist and we had been in touch many times...needed new ater filer in fridge and bbq had a leak. we were there for 3 months and it was like we were snowbirds.. oh well...no place like home.
