We offer beach chairs in the condo for your use and COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE (March 1st - October 31st) during the high season which consists of an umbrella & 2 beach lounge chaise set up each day for your convenience.

Yes, you'll find everything in our beach-front condo that you have in your own home, in order to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible. The living room has very comfortable furniture, including a sofa (with queen size pull out bed). You'll love the well-equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, a bathroom with a tub and a most convenient half-bath in the bedroom. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed, a large closet, and a chest of drawers that are invaluable for long-term renters.
Located directly on the beach with fantastic views of our beautiful white sand beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your own private balcony.
Enjoy lounging by the pool when you're not at the beach. Our pool is always sparkling clean and usually not crowded. A barbecue grill and table are conveniently located near the pool area for all your grilling needs.

So many great things about our stay! The condo had everything we needed. Very pleasant, clean. Nice view from the balcony, we enjoyed a couple of our meals from it.Sarah, our host was amazing and we are looking forward to come back in the near future !

Fantastic beach view from balcony. Watched sunrise and sunset drinking coffee on the balcony.Be advised there is one set of 15 steps to get to the 2nd floor. We are 65 so that was a challenge.....but well worth it. Beach access is down the steps ( yup the. Same ones) and around the buiding and across a short bridge. A couple of "i gotta stop" and "almost theres" and you are on THE beach. Best part is no keys to keep up with on the beach as you have an electronic lock code for access. Fluffy towels and little things like soft toilet paper. The bed is above typical and it was so quiet we slept well. Be advised that the washing machine complains loudly all thru the wash but it is a full sized unit. Wife loved the "beach" decor. Beach chairs are set up on the beach for you so you dont have to drag anything----we did not even take towels to the beach. Perfect for a couple or young family.

The place was perfect. Even though we were on a business trip. The place was perfect when we had down time. From beautiful room, to amazing views. We were able to relax and even get in some beach time.

Our condo was clean, however, the building was in horrible shape. An OSHA report is hanging up on the outside of the property. Parts of the building are falling apart. All we saw in the pictures were the beachside of the property which looked fine. The condo needs a lot of updating.
