Only issues we had was that one if the shower heads rusted off and the circuit breakers for the washer and bathroom outlets kept tripping.

We booked this as a family reunion vacation spot. It was perfect. 8 bedrooms all with baths, a huge table for everyone to sit at, and close to everything. It was just what we needed!

Thank you for letting us rent the house. The location was perfect to the beach but the surrounding area of the property was run-down. There were some inconsistencies with check-in, but we were able to access the property ok. The only things that were negative was on Saturday night people who lived on the next street over came in and took over the hot tub. They were smoking and eating boiled peanuts and throwing the shells into a small plastic pool bucket that was being used earlier that day by the children we had with us, so we all left. It was not appreciated that we were paying for the property and unable to use that area due to them. We would not use any of the other items by the pool because we were unsure what was clean at that point and what wasn’t.
The other negative was the use of the grill. We payed extra for grill use and none of the grills were usable. 1 had no handle to life the lid, one would not light and the other two were just disgusting. One we couldn't even clean well enough and the 4th grill still had hamburgers left inside it. Again, disappointing as we thought we could use these items as they had been included in the price we paid.
We cleaned up prior to our departure this morning as best as we could. The list that was provided said there would be cleaning supplies but there were none. A cabinet in the kitchen was locked where I assume cleaning supplies are kept for cleanings between guests but we had no access to any. It's a bit difficult to plan when things are not there that were supposed to be provided but we managed.
