About this house rental
Newer 2006 home, with an oversize lot, located on a pond that flows into the lake. 2 master bedrooms with ensuite plus a powder room. Great bedroom separation, each have their own bathrooms. Sofa has a pull out. Open floor plan great for entertaining both inside and out, 2 patios with newer overhangs, bbq with 2 car garage. Golf, tennis & clubhouse - pools and so much more!

This was a great spot to stay for our stagecoach weekend. I wouldn’t say it was totally walkable to the venue - the community the house is in has many gate entrances that are closed off during the festival weekends so you have to go the long way. But it’s a great and central spot! The house itself was perfect and had all we needed - big rooms and nice common rooms for hanging out. Loved the outdoor patio! Great communication with the host and overall recommend as a fantastic place to stay!

This property was great for our Coachella trip. While a 2B, the property is very large and spacious with a nice outdoor area. All communication and details were clearly communicated and unit was professionally cleaned. Location is close to Polo Fields and paid golf cart rides available to minimize walking within the community if desired. Nice pool too. Would certainly stay again.

The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I loved the patio and all the beautiful grounds. My boys used the tennis courts and said they were good. There are pros and cons to being in a gated community but overall, I was happy with my stay!
