About this house rental
Beautiful golf course home available with minimum 30 day rental. This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, cathedral ceilings in the Living/Dining Room, Kitchen and newly remodeled Master Bedroom/bathroom/Walk-in Closet. The living room has a nice gas fireplace and 65" TV. The master bedroom has a 39" TV w/cable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The property features a new large semi covered front patio with a hedge for privacy and fountain for your early morning coffee or evening cocktails. Enjoy a BBQ with the outdoor kitchen. A large patio in the back is covered and has 3 ceiling fans and has beautiful mountain views from the patio and pool/spa. Pool/Spa heating available for an additional charge of $60/day charged as the entire stay. Charges can be removed at booking if pool/spa heating is not wanted. You must be able to download an app from Apple or Google Play to your phone or tablet to control spa. Property has been fully re-landscaped and new block walls and fencing on three sides.

This was our second year in this house (1 mth last year, 6 wks this year) and we have already reserved it for the same period next year. The owner is very accommodating and we love the location, view & amenities.

Beautiful home and setting, nice neighborhood, and great proximity to important amenities. While the owner is beginning upgrades, the fifty-year-old house is starting to show its age in a few areas, namely, the blower fan is unacceptably loud, the hot water system needs to be upgraded, and the patio sliders need replacing. Also, the step down in the excellent new pool needs a safety railing. Finally, beautiful area, but too many people competing for too few resources.

We've been coming to the desert for 20+ years and this is the first time we've rented a detached house. We felt very much at home in the house and enjoyed our stay very much, with our satisfaction further supported by positive comments from family who stayed with us and friends with residences in the desert who visited us. The house is adjacent to the 8th fairway of the golf course and during our month stay, we collected about 2 dozen golf balls in the pool & backyard, but no damage to the house nor tenants. The owner is very attentive and we have committed to returning next year for a longer stay.

We had a great stay and the location was awesome! Gary was a great host. Our only suggestion would be that the living room couches could be replaced as they weren’t very comfortable.
