I cannot say enough positive things about this condo. We thought it was in the absolute best location standing out from the rest. It was well kept and spotless. We arrived on July 4th and were able to watch the fireworks from the lanai which were right across the beach from us. I worried a little about the beach being public access. However, it was not overly crowded. It was an easy walk and helped that we were at the cross walk. We were directly across from the path and took us less than five minutes to be at our spot on the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas along with coolers cooling packs. Walmart delivers to the condo which was a great help. Seista Key beach was breathtaking. We had a fabulous time and would not hesitate to book this condo again.
