We just returned from a week at this unit in New Smyrna Beach. The unit was clean and orderly. Check in was easy, management was easy to get in touch with, as was the owner. I would suggest bringing your own bath towels and cloths as there were no extras, but not a big deal. We would definitely stay at this unit again!

The unit was clean, however we found pieces of broken glass throughout our stay. The furniture is aged and not comfortable to sit on. The pool was great, very clean and the property is very clean also.
