Good location, although not by the sea. Air conditioning, refrigerator and washing machine working properly.

The key-card switch that activates the electricity in the apartment was not always working properly. We reported the issue, but no electrician was sent. The TV remote control was missing. We reported this at check-in, but it was never provided. The hot-water boost system worked intermittently. The shower had little pressure. The furnishings are very basic. Installing a small shelf in the shower for shower gel would cost very little and make the bathroom much more practical. At check-in it would be good to leave 2-3 small bottles of water for arriving clients... It's cheap and not forbidden...

Location was perfect and close to all amenities including beach. Communication with host was exceptional before and during stay. Air conditioning & WiFi was very good. Beds were very comfortable. It was only a 2 night stay so overall very pleased with the apartment.

Apartment / balcony was a little smaller than the photos portray. Balcony / kitchen chairs could have been better! Also free parking was difficult to find with just a small one close by. Larger car park was available at a cost.

Super central location, on Protaras main street, 5 min walk from Fig Tree beach. The apartment is fully renovated, clean and spacious, host is responsive. Highly recommended, best value for money in Protaras.

Tip: ask for the Penthouse (upper apartment) it has a huge rooftop terrace overlooking the entire city

The location was excellent. We also liked the amazing porch

There was no sitting room-the only area where we could actually sit and eat sth was the kitchen which was really dark and thus suffocating. We also didn't like the fact that the porch-veranda had no umbrella or some kind of pergola so that we could sit under, even for a while. Basically, even though the veranda is huge, one can only use it after 730 pm. Finally, the mattresses were not very comfortable.
