Brand new apartment (actually, the second floor of a separate two-storey house) with all necessary amenities for holiday or working trip: two separate bedrooms, where up to six people can sleep comfortably (three double beds), A/C in both bedrooms, XXL brand new flat screen TV-s, super fast WiFi with dedicated router. And - really friendly and helpful hosts, who live just next door, so they help with everything what you would need extra. Small minimarket is just across the street, and shopping mall Kit with food & home appliances hypermarket just six minutes on tram (the tram stop is just in the front of the house). You can reach the centre easily by tram, or to walk to minibus stop on the next parallel street - and the same time you enjoy peace and comfort of green leafy suburb. I have stayed in Mykolaiv in many apartments over the years, and this one is far the best, not to forget spacious and just furnished bathroom with full bath and washer, and modern kitchen. 10/10 to this apartment and the owners. Will definitely come back next time while in Mykolaiv (And, yes, while most people in Mykolaiv rent out the apartments with old furniture and 1990's refurbishing, then this house is built for purpose, and is brand new and suited for visitors).
