Privacy , Behavior of host

Poor wifi speed , shower not working, lift not working 40% time , we have to use stairs and its in 5th floor. I am with parents.. its difficult.

Room facilities, proper 1BHK Our home, safety and privacy, location is very good.

Facilities provided in the property and its location is awesome. All the required items for a better stay are provided i.e. gas stove, OTG, RO, Freeze, Chimney, utensils etc.

1. The room is not maintained properly 2. Rat shit was laying everywhere and rat was roaming on bed 3. The fungus in the bathroom wall was ridiculous. 4. Room was smeling very bad. 5. Blanket was not provided, only blanket cover was available. 6. Bedsheet was not cleaned and proper. 7. Bedsheet was not provided for sofa cum bed. 8. Kitchen Almirah door is broken. 9. Kitchen utensils are in filthy condition. 10. Refrigerator was smeling like dead rat inside. 11. Commode seat protection flap falls on your back, you have to hold it with your hands during use. 12. Handwash is not provided in the bathroom, you have to arrange for it. 13. The room and furniture were full of dust, and needed cleaning. 14. Mattress is very old and need to change. Overall property is very good but badly maintained.
