Lux Apartments Iva

It was very clean and cozy. The apartment had almost everything I need. No powder for washing machine though.

The internet is pathetic to say the least. Not suitable even for working calls. Breaking up all the time. Windows look at the bus station. And busses are extremely loud. Very annoying. The view is nice, but balcony is pretty much unusable because it's on the sunny side. Walls are paper thin. I got tired of a soundtrack of mobile game people were playing in the next room very quickly. And their talks did not let me fall asleep almost every night.

This apartment is located in a newly built apartment building, so all the interior and furniture was in a great condition at the time of writing. The host was nice and offered help with official registration procedures. The location is convenient as well, 20mins or so to the old town and the beach is nearby as well. There is a free parking near the hospital nearby.

The bedroom is rather cozy and the bed is rather narrow and extremely firm as well. Nothing wrong with it, you just need to take it into account.

Everything was good, very clean, all new

The only little issue was they didnt have cable.
