This rental is spacious but could use some some TLC (lots of repairs needed - door locks, doors, cabinets, some
TVs, lights, humidifiers, stains on carpets/furniture, etc). The location is super convenient, BUT, the noise from bars/restaurants (first floor and across street from penthouse) was ridiculous (going on until 1-2am nightly).
