When you set foot inside this luxury Admiral's Quarters 3rd Floor Corner Condo you will be 'Awe-Struck' with the beautiful view of the Blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Sugar White Sandy Beaches in all directions.
Our condo is professionally decorated in a Island Motif. The Living Room opens onto the large balcony with unobstructed views of the Sugar White Sandy Beach, Gulf of America, and Beautifully Landscaped Pool. You will find Spectacular Sunset and Sunrise views as you can see in all directions. Watch the fishing boats going through Perdido Pass while drinking your morning coffee on the balcony. The massive balcony is furnished with a table and 6 chairs and 3 Loungers for enjoying the views while eating or relaxing.
Back indoors the Living Room is equipped with a 65 inch Smart HD flat screen TV. There is a separate Wet Bar with sink and Wine Chiller.
The Dining room has a large table with seating for 6 and a Breakfast Bar with bar stools, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. We also have a Keurig Coffee Maker.
There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom also has private sliding door to the large beach front balcony. It is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, 60 inch Smart TV, There is a large walk in closet, private bath with double vanities, whirlpool tub, and separate glass enclosed shower.
The three additional bedrooms are furnished with King Size bed, King Size bed, and Twin beds. All contain Large Flat Screen TVs, DVD.
The Front 2nd Master Bedroom has a private balcony for sunset viewing. This room also has a Large HD TV and DVD along with Walk in closet and Private Bathroom
The third Guest Bedroom has a King Bed with with Large HD TV and DVD. It also has a walk in closet and Private Bathroom
The fourth Guest Bedroom is furnished with twin beds, Large HD TV. This bedroom has walk in closet and the Bath opens to both the bedroom and Hallway .
There is a large laundry room in the condo furnished with a large capacity washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, Oreck vacuum cleaner.
