Visit this beautiful oceanfront condo located in the lovely Princesa resort in Rocky Point Mexico.
This resort has wonderful amenities include a clubhouse with fitness area; three pools; a jacuzzi;
covered beachfront seating; and a beach volleyball court. A convenience store and an excellent
a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, not to mention the fun drinks and specials. It
all await you in this beautiful oceanfront property.
This lovely condo has everything you are looking for in a vacation. There are ceiling fans, TV with
DVD and cable and overhead lighting in every room. The unit has a brand new washer and dryer
and newer appliances in the kitchen which include a microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet
your vacationing needs, create great culinary memories. The dining area includes large four-seat
table and three counter height stools so you can have a mid-day snack or sit and have some coffee.
The condo is truly versatile with an amazing California king bed in the master suite. The second
bedroom features a bunk bed setup with a queen-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on the top,
offering a comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangement for families or groups. The sofa in
the living room opens to a queen-size bed. Both bathrooms have an extra-large step in showers;
the master bath has a grab bar and shower seat.
