    We had a wonderful two-night stay at Liyya Water Villas. The location is peaceful and relaxing, the animals are adorable, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bathroom. A few minor downsides were the occasional power cuts, and the coffee, tea, and creamer were not always replenished on time. We also found the pillows a bit uncomfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Liyya Water Villas for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

    I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Despite booking in advance, there were several issues that made my visit stressful. First, our reservation was not handled, and the staff couldn’t locate our booking.When we tried to sort it out, it took more than an hour due to poor internet. At the end of the day, we paid extra money to stay at this hotel as walk-in guests. Facility-wise, the poor internet connection, non-functioning TV, limited food options in the buffet, and breakfast not meeting standard expectations all contributed to a disappointing stay. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially after paying extra to resolve an issue that was not our fault. I hope the management improves their communication, booking procedures, and customer service to prevent similar issues for other guests.
