About this house rental
Welcome to Our Home which we hope will feel like Your Home! In an established neighborhood of single family homes, this fully fenced private property, lushly landscaped w/palm trees, flowering shrubs & vines, and a tool shed with painted mural offers BEAUTY & PRIVACY and a relaxing, artistic, laid back vibe. The backyard screened lanai doubles the size of the living space. Enjoy the seasonally heated salt water swimming pool, patio areas both covered and open to the sun for lounging, reading, working, sunbathing, & dining…all fully screened in and with the soothing sound of the pool’s waterfall. The gas grill is just outside the screened lanai.
The kitchen is stocked with spices, 3 kinds of coffee makers, blender, food processor plenty of cookware and also colorful and fun dishes and serving pieces. The Great Room has two distinct seating areas: A large comfortable sectional facing a wall-mounted flat panel TV and another area with a love seat and club chair w/coffee table. Indoor Dining table seats eight. Our house’s layout is fully open concept and so comfortable.
The screened lanai’s dining table seats six. The tiki bar & tiki tables offer even more, including the ideal work station.
The Primary Bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV, glass doors opening directly onto one of the patios and an en-suite bathroom w/roomy step-in shower w/2 shower heads. Two additional bedrooms share the hall bathroom w/tub-shower. 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom with two twin size beds. All 3 bedrooms have built in shelving in their closets.
Full sized Washer & Dryer area is off the kitchen in the attached tiled floored “garage” which has a water cooler and functions as a multi purpose room…pantry, storage for beach chairs, cooler, bikes, cookware, etc offering plenty of storage for everything but cars. There are no basements in Florida!
The neighborhood is full of wide sidewalks and there’s a tiny playground a block away. A truly short drive (under 3miles) will take you to numerous Hutchinson Island (also known as A1A and Ocean Blvd) beaches, including the large, main Jensen Beach w/cafe, and about 5 miles down the coast, Stuart Beach has a great cafe and is next door to the Elliot Museum and across the street from the kid friendly Oceanographic Society.
Just a mile from the house is the big supermarket, Publix. Winn-Dixie is even closer. There are so many stores and restaurants and a great fresh fruit and vegetable stand, Barbour's, all close by. Try the fresh squeezed tangerine juice at the food stand right there. Neighboring town of Stuart is just 2 miles away, with even more restaurants and boutique shopping.
This is simply a wonderful combo platter of serenity, convenience, and beach proximity!

It was all good. Very nice comfortable place. Had everything we needed. Host, Peter was very accommodating. The pool and pool area was very enjoyable!

Very confortable home. This was our third year there and going back for a fourth next year. The large fenced back yard for our dog and the covered outside area and fantastic heated pool make the outside of the home great too.

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood with close access to Stuart, shopping, beaches and parks. Peter bought a brand new Weber gas grill while we were there to replace the old one which was mostly worn out.
