A perfect little house, made into "home away from home". It was everything I could have asked for - quiet neighborhood, fantastic layout, clean and had everything for sleeping, cooking and entertaining!

The house was clean and well maintained. It’s on the south side of the island which is a bit rugged as far as beaches go. This property does not have beach access, you must have a vehicle to get to the beaches. The closest access is St Andrew’s Park. We found the best food to be on St. Simons island. The Fiddler and Bennie’s Red Barn were our best meals. We’ve been coming to Jekyll for over 25 years. The shops at Westin are such an added bonus now. The Beach House restaurant was beautiful and the live music was very good. However, the service was not good. We waited over 2 hours on food. The wait staff said they were transitioning over to new ownership and there’s been a few kinks. So maybe that will improve. The realty company gave complimentary chairs and an umbrella which was very nice. The property furniture was not well maintained. Many of the drawers were stuck and the bathrooms needed some work. Doors were worn excessively and some tile had damage. Overall it was ok.The back patio was not clean and tidy. There was a lot of dirt, debris and overall unkept.
