Enjoy a dream getaway at our luxury lakefront home that boasts 214 feet of private beach on pristine Lake Champlain.
Wake up to panoramic views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains from the Master Suite and Queen Bedroom, which both feature sliding glass doors to a spacious deck. Large glass doors in the living room and dining room lead to another expansive deck that offers the flexibility of indoor/outdoor living. The decks provide the perfect retreat to enjoy your morning coffee or Vermont's breathtaking lakeside sunsets.
Take full advantage of our scenic private beach by enjoying some time on the lake with our kayaks, Standup Paddle Boards and fishing poles. Enjoy the expansive brand new dock to fish off or launch the Standup Paddle Boards/Kayaks. The 1.3 acre lawn is perfect for a friendly game of touch football or any of the other numerous outdoor activities we have available, such as bocce ball, badminton, corn hole, Etc... After a fun-filled day, relax with an evening bonfire at our lakeside fire pit
This home's 3 bedrooms (the ability to climb stairs is recommended for all bedrooms) and 4 bathrooms sleep 10 comfortably.
The Master Suite features a king bed and private sitting area with panoramic lake views, a private bath with claw foot tub and walk-in shower.
The Queen Bedroom features panoramic lake and mountain views.
Bedroom 3, the Bunk Room, offers 2 twin beds and 2 trundle beds to sleep up to 4 people.
Larger groups will appreciate the queen murphy bed in the family room.
The Master bedroom has its own 55-inch TV with the other bedrooms having there own 43 inch TV's with cable and Free WiFi is available throughout the home, and a washer/dryer is available for use.
Prepare gourmet meals in the comfort of the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Chefs and non-chefs alike will appreciate the kitchen's bar seating and a dining room that seats up to 10. After a delicious meal, snuggle up in the family room in front of the 70-inch TV with cable, XBOX 360, DVD player, and an extensive movie library.
Our home is within walking distance of Gordons Landing and the ferry to NY. Burlington is a 30-minute drive, and day trips to Stowe, Montpelier, Killington, and Woodstock are less than two hours away. Bring a passport to enjoy the day in Montreal, just a short 90-minute drive across the border.
Central heating and ductless air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay year round, whether you're basking in the summer sun or taking in our gorgeous fall foliage. The Jewel of the Isle now has the most special place in my heart. We rented this house to host family and friends for my Dad, Mom and Uncles Celebration of Life. This home provided so many things to my family and friends. We sat outside most of our days at the fire pit. Took walks down on the beach. Had snacks and drinks on the wooden patio they have set up next to the fire pit. We sat in the living room one night all 9 of us and just visited. The dining room provided plenty of seats for meals and games. Every thing we needed was at our finger tips from kitchen items down to a spare tooth brush. Nothing was forgotten for their guests. We needed nothing. Thank you to our hosts Mitch and Kristina!!! Your home was more than we could have hoped for. We truly felt like we were at home and very much welcomed. A must stay for any family or groups of people!! We hope to visit again one day.

The location was amazing - the sunsets were spectacular. The house itself was very nice - open, spacious, lots of windows, and very well stocked. Just about everything we could have wanted was there from spices and cookware in the kitchen, to wood for the fire pit, to kayaks, paddle boards, and even fishing equipment, lawn games, board games, video games, and movies on DVD.

We had an amazing time staying here. Such a gorgeous view from in the house or anywhere in the yard. Plenty of things to keep the kids busy and having fun. No other place takes my breath away every time I pull into the driveway like this house. We can't wait to go back!
