The area will be enclosed with fencing, but guests should expect noise and construction vehicles. The Tennis courts are currently inoperable as they are being used to host construction equipment.

We have stayed at this location twice and will always go back! Clean, comfy and the beach/ocean right out the back door!!

This is our 2nd summer at sandy bend. We love the ground floor units because you have unbeatable access to the beach.
The beach is quiet, only a few steps away, very easy to go and come back many times (a must if you are traveling with littles). We went in the mornings and left our umbrellas and chairs out all day, picked them up just once in the evening which made things very convenient.
The pool is always empty so our kids could splash around daily without disturbing anyone.
This unit is remodeled and very clean. Furniture could be upgraded a bit. The 2 smaller beds in the master bedroom were a bit of a disappointment, you would expect a king size for this type of apartment. Yes, they were shown in the pictures so we were aware, it’s just that they were smaller than we thought. Also the TV in the master bedroom was tiny (not bigger than a laptop screen).
Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware etc.
A suggestion: not enough hooks to hang wet towels to dry, and you have plenty of those daily (shower and beach).
All in all, we loved our stay. But small changes can make this place a much better one especially for the price one pays. Keep in mind. You are paying for the location, which is priceless.

I wanted a condo close to beach. I didn’t want to drag thinks to beach for a long ways. And this was advertised as steps and truly it was. How nice to walk out patio door and a few steps we were at beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Clean and well maintained. My family would go back I made a good choice to stay there

This property was perfect. Extremely clean, updated kitchen and bathroom areas, beds were very comfortable and you couldn’t be any closer to the beach and the water. We had a fantastic time and hope to return some day!
