There seemed to be a problem with the address: when booking, the pin showed the location to be within the city center, but when looking up the directions, it seemed to be slightly out of the center. which was inconvenient for us as we were there for a short time and booked it mainly because of its proximity to the city center. we also weren't sure whether the pin or the actual address was correct, but figured it to be the latter, as Google Maps found the hotel at that address. we contacted the hotel 3 days before arriving, but never got a reply. we also contacted Booking.com and they couldn't get ahold of them as well. I was informed to wait 24 hours for a reply from Booking.com, which never came. I wanted to cancel the booking but couldn't do so, as the booking didn't allow for it. The address got even more confusing when I tried getting a taxi through the Grab app, as the app would give directions to where the pin initially guided us to, making the fare for the taxi cheaper than it ought to be, and confusing for me whether I should pay more, considering the distance is a little further. My guess would be they changed locations a while back, but this is something that should be sorted out. The room itself was fine, though the mattresses were extremely hard, harder then I've ever encountered in any hotel. The staff was pleasant and helped me with a lot, so no complaints there. The room could have been cleaner: there were quite a few dead insects just laying around in the bathroom and a few spiders on the ceiling as well. There seemed to be a hole in the roof, where once water must have leaked out, but it didn't leak when we were there. Overall, the room itself was nice and modern, as advertised.
