Ótima localização, bem próximo à praia, com restaurantes, bares e mercado também muito próximos. A Sra. Maribel foi muito atenciosa.

Fraca insonorização. Ouvimos o ruído dos vizinhos quer do mesmo prédio quer do exterior. Limpeza á chegada estava muito fraca.
