Stayed here many times and had a relaxing time. Vincent helped with a minor problem which we greatly appreciated. Condo has everything we needed. Sadly our last visit to Hawaii as we found it quite expensive.

Our yearly stay at Canal House was very relaxing. We love the views and dare I say it, the sound of the sirens much different to the ones at home. The only downside was the pipe remediation work for the washer/dryer which resulted in our last week where it was unavailable to use. There was a notice posted at the building but didn’t explain the extent of what was going to be done. If we had known about the timing of the work we would have adjusted the dates of our stay. Apart from that, we will be back but would like to be informed of any further work that might be done in the future in advance, if possible.

The stay was fine, but I find it a bit offensive to be charged a large cleaning fee for a unit that was dusty, windows not cleaned, and peanuts etc under the sofa, your cleaners aren’t doing a decent job and not having a follow up inspection.
