The house enjoys a great location as it is in a safe residential area yet 2 min walking distance from the famous historic old Dearborn St, where many restaurants, bars, antique & artist shops are located. The house is also 6 min walking distance from Public Boat Ramp and 7 min walking from Indian Mound Park. The public beach is just 8 min drive. The place is great for couples, family and friends while being close to attractions.

This house is not fancy and a bit older, but had everything you would need for a great vacation. They even had left some pop, water, condiments, etc in the fridge for when we got there which was great. The pool was fantastic and that area outside is where we spent the majority of our time. Nice neighborhood and really close to shops and restaurants and quick drive to the beach. Would stay here again for sure if back in the area. My friends and I had a fantastic time. Thanks so much!

Cozy house with everything you need to enjoy a getaway. We slept well, the house was in a safe quiet neighborhood. My family of 6 had enough space for everyone to relax. We loved the pool, its bigger than the pictures portray. I loved the house, it was full of Florida and beach charm.

My family and I absolutely loved this house and our stay! The pool is amazing, house is adorable and has plenty of space! Close to the beaches and right down the street from some little shops and coffee. The house has everything you need for your vacation, from towels, pots/pans, dishes, literally everything! We would definitely stay again! We also loved Tammy and can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us! Thank you to Tammy and Alex for a wonderful stay!

The property had everything we needed and the pool was a nice bonus. The house is much bigger than it looks from the outside. It had plenty of beds. It could use some updating in some areas and a little better cleaning but those things can be remedied. The location was good and it was near a cute little strip of shops
