Richmond, Sugarland, Rosenburg, Katy West Houston - Lansdowne

The location in Richmond was ideal for our stay while visiting family. An added delight was the beautiful Christmas lights display in the neighborhood.

I thought everything was good.

The house was as advertised, and there was an abundance of toiletries. I loved there was cable.

The garage had a musty smell. I would have liked it if one other bedroom had a TV.

Everyone had their own space which was great. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The backyard was very spacious and the patio was lovely.

Plenty of space inside and out. More than enough beds and rooms for our group. Garage empty and available for use.

There was almost no toilet paper in the house (1.5 rolls). The couch was beyond broken in and needs replacing. They requested tips for their cleaning staff but then required us to remove the bedding. Required to wash the towels when we left. Fence needs mending as small pets could get out into the drainage area behind the house. Also, there is no gate to get out and get them. They need to spray for bugs. Back porch was dirty and needed to be swept. They did not let us know in advance that someone was coming to do yard maintenance. Master Bathroom shower faucet was so stiff to turn that I thought I was gonna break it. A/C struggled in the common areas.
