Sunkissed Cottage, our beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home is waiting for you! The bright, comfy living room with a wood burning fireplace opens to a waterside dining room. Sliders to the spacious deck and beach afford spectacular salt water views.
Wake up to incredible water vistas from every bedroom. Have your morning coffee on the deck, take a few steps and lounge on the beach or go all in and swim or kayak on beautiful Follins Pond. At the end of the day, watch magnificent sunsets. Only minutes away, there are gorgeous ocean beaches, quaint shops, delicious restaurants, stage and screen entertainment, bike paths, golf courses, tennis courts and recreation parks.

This was our first trip to Cape Cod, and Meg couldn't have been a better host. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly responsive and provided so many great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local attractions, which made planning our trip so easy.The home was perfect for us. The waterfront location was beautiful, and having access to the kayaks made it even more enjoyable. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and one of the best-stocked rentals we've stayed in. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras, including backup propane for both the fire pit and the grill, along with everything else we needed during our stay.We had a wonderful vacation and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Cape Cod getaway!

We had such a wonderful time at Meg’s beautiful home! The place was super clean, the location was perfect, and the view was amazing. Meg was an excellent host with many great local recommendations and always being very responsive. We had such a great time and look forward to being back one day!

We loved the cool breezes at night and peacefulness of the neighborhood - we especially looked forward to the live daily trumpet played by the neighbor he was fantastic

Meg's home is situated in the middle of the cape, making it a perfect starting point for day trips to Chatham, Provincetown, etc. Super close to bay beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Could not have asked for a better central location! The home was super cozy yet updated and four bedrooms made it perfect for our family of 5. I really appreciated the large and updated bathroom upstairs. The back deck was the perfect place to relax in the evenings with a view of the water. Could not recommend Sunkissed Cottage more!
