About this apartment rental
While it may not be the first place you'd think to vacation, this 14,000-acre wonderland set in the scenic beauty of the Ozarks will be a vacation that you won't quickly forget. There is relaxation and recreation galore. The resort offers a peaceful, quiet location with modern amenities. Located 75 miles north of Little Rock, your fully-furnished condo has a swimming pool, tennis court, an 18 hole golf course, and a boat launch all onsite!
Your 2 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 6. It has a king-size bed in the master bedroom along with a Jacuzzi tub, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit is fully equipped for cooking with a full-size kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, glassware, silverware, and full-size refrigerator. Your fully furnished condo is also complete with a washer and dryer. There are flat-screen televisions in each bedroom plus in the living room.
The resort's recreation department keeps both little ones and not so little ones entertained with a wide choice of classes and activities such as bridge, family crafts, makeovers, oil painting and even square dancing, bowling alleys, movie night, lakes, walking trails and so much more!

At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, the resort charges $129 for a new guest certificate. The area was beautiful. Our unit was roomy, quiet and clean. There was a nice pool within walking distance of our unit. We felt the other amenities were too far apart. The marina was pretty far from our us. It would have been nice to have some type of shuttle. Since we were not familiar with the area, we were not comfortable driving the twisting and hilly roads after dark so we were not able to see the 4th of July fireworks over the marina. We would have been able to have a mountain view from our deck if the trees would have been trimmed just a little.
