Our beach experience is subject to changes influenced by Mother Nature. During these periods, access to the beach from our property may need to be temporarily closed due to high water levels. This situation is typically observed in the winter months and rarely in the summer.
As avid snorkelers and scuba divers, we seek calm, clear waters. We assess the daily conditions to decide on the beach to visit. I can provide you with the link to access daily beach conditions, just ask.
We have world class beaches a short distance north and south of us. I've compiled a comprehensive book in the condo that describes these beaches, helping you choose based on your preferences, such as snorkeling, swimming, walking, body surfing, quiet, busy etc. The information book also includes a description and list of our favorite restaurants in the area, nearby hikes, and other activities, which our guests have found immensely helpful!
Hawaii Taxes collected are GET of 4.712%, TAT of 10.25% and Maui county 3%. These are all included in quoted price.
The only additional costs that are not included are a $18day parking fee, which is paid at the resort upon arrival

We loved our stay here in west Maui. We spent so much time out on the balcony just taking in the views and the weather. Keri was a fantastic host and the condo is filled with daily amenities, beach supplies, and a whole binder of recommendations. Mahalo!

Keri’s condo is beautiful - very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to our enjoy stay in Maui. Keri has put in numerous thoughtful details throughout the house. The kitchen is fully stocked. It has nice calphalon pots/pans, plenty of plates, cups, cutlery and serve ware. Cooking was a breeze. Appliances are high end - Fisher & Paykel refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, Bosh - washer, dryer, dishwasher, a Keurig and even a Vitamix. Master bed was very comfortable - it had nice sheets and down pillows. It was a treat to wake up to the view of ocean and the sound of the waves. The customs woods blinds in bed room and family room are very nice and help keep the light out in the early morning. The walk through closet are nice and spacious. The walk-in shower had excellent pressure and abundant hot water. It also has a separate hand spray. It has built in dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were plenty of bath and hand towels. Sofa sleeper was brand new and was comfortable for our teenage daughter. There is plenty of beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment. The balcony / lanai has great views - it was our favorite place to relax - especially in the morning and evening. We saw more than a dozen whales from there and the sunsets were pure bliss. We enjoyed playing our own reggae and island tunes via Bluetooth on the stereo with quality NHT speakers. Almost anything in the unit that you need help operating has a label next to it giving specific instructions. Under ground parking is very convenient. There was no beach off the property due to erosion - they had sand bags lined up on the shoreline. But there are several beaches within short walking/driving distance. The pool area is nice - has plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. It has a bank of barbecue grills (2 out of the 4 were working). Most importantly Keri was great to work with - she was always reachable and very helpful. She answered questions about covid travel protocol, the apartment/amenities, gave us recommendations on activities and dining options. She was kind and accommodating - she gave us a late check out as my daughter was attending classes remotely and had a test to take to the morning we were leaving. Thanks for a wonderful stay Keri!
