Welcome to Willows 301, a beautifully appointed third-floor residence offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a refined luxury setting. This exceptional condominium features a private outdoor terrace overlooking Willow Park, providing a peaceful vantage point to enjoy fresh mountain air and tranquil park views.
The fully equipped kitchen blends timeless style with high-performance appliances, including granite countertops, a Wolf dual-fuel range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf microwave, and Bosch dishwasher—ideal for everything from casual meals to entertaining.
The inviting living room features walnut hardwood floors, designer furnishings, and a limestone-surround gas fireplace that anchors the space with warmth and character. Comfortable seating includes American Leather sleeper sofas, industry-rated for exceptional comfort with memory-foam mattresses and no metal frames, complemented by a 55" flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings in.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom featuring a double-sink stone-top vanity, heated floors, a fully tiled walk-in shower with a glass Euro door, and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, which may be converted to a king upon request, and is adjacent to a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a stone-top vanity, a fully tiled tub/shower combination, and heated flooring. Both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs.
Willows 301 is equipped with modern comforts including central air conditioning, high-speed internet, a full-size washer and dryer, premium linens and towels, and L’Occitane bath amenities for a spa-like touch. Daily housekeeping is included to ensure a pristine and relaxing environment throughout your stay.

I was so extremely impressed with every aspect of this unit and experience staying there. The kitchen was well stocked with all high end cooking pieces and top of the line appliances. The unit was beautiful, spacious and quiet. Having the heated garage was priceless. The location was ideal fior skiing, shopping and eating….all less than 5 minutes walking. We used the ski rental/storage and grocery delivery services recommended by The Willows and they were very accommodating. And if it couldn’t get any better, the hot tub was huge, convenient with towels provided, always hot and ready, and we were the only ones in every time we used it!! As first time visitors to Vail, we were all impressed with my selection in every aspect!! This place really made our vacation special! We can’t wait to go back and there’s no other place we’d stay!
