This property had everything you could think of from kitchen, toiletries, comfort, cleanliness, Location, easy check in and check out, Communication, and most of all the most gracious host we have ever worked with! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming bungalow just about a minute’s walk from Atlantic Beach. Bright and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. Everything I could possibly need was provided, making it effortless to settle in and relax (just bring your clothes and a swimsuit!).One of my favorite features was the pool area right outside the door. The newly refreshed walkway and bright, inviting lighting made it a perfect spot to unwind while sitting on that front porch!.The hospitality truly set this place apart. Tommy and the owner were incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They were always willing to help with anything I needed, which made me feel right at home.Another highlight was the variety of coffee options available—such a thoughtful touch! Plus, the location couldn’t be better. Great restaurants are just steps away, including a visit to Tacklebox Tavern where the welcoming atmosphere made me feel like I truly belonged.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-appointed place with amazing hospitality and a perfect beachside location, this is it.

Excellent communication with host.A couple of maintenance details were addressed the very next day. Very nice decorating. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, all worked well. Great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach!Also walking distance to several very good restaurants, and a very short drive to Food Lion.

I really do not like leaving bad reviews but I emailed the company who handles the rentals and they did not respond to the email.
We arrived and the sheets had makeup stains on them and the comforter was disgusting. We had to spend the first hour of our vacation washing the bed linen.
