About this house rental
This is a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house located in the quiet town of Netarts, OR. The interior is completely updated and decorated tastefully with a modern beach decor. The kitchen is open to the dining room and main living area, so everyone is still able to enjoy the company of friends and family while cooking a delicious meal in the well stocked kitchen.
There is a private hot tub behind the home that is covered, so you can still enjoy it on rainy days. There is a great spot on the side of the house with a picnic table and fire pit. The perfect area to grill some steaks and then sit around the fire preparing your s'mores!
** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)

Bay Rose Retreat house is truly a hidden gem at the Oregon coast. The house is perfect for large families to gather. Our grandkids loved the space, the large dining table and the hot tub. The description of the house is more than accurate— in fact it’s even better than we expected. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and the location is central to the beaches, the bay, and hiking trails. We also went kayaking with a local guide.
