This peaceful paradise (a short walk to the Emerald Island’s clubhouse) has a beautiful west facing secluded heated pool and spa, overlooking a private forested and water view area, also enjoying the Disney fireworks in the distance.
Our Villa with private pool and spill over spa, has been newly and completely renovated, furnished and decorated (with all the amenities) boasting 2 master bedrooms with king beds, 50+” LED TVs, ensuites in each, two additional bedrooms with 2 twin XL beds in each (LED TVs in each), and all with plenty of closet/storage space. This villa (Cape San Blas) is uniquely designed to offer two separate living areas, both well furnished, and with large LED TVs, providing for spacious gatherings for all. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, and has a breakfast bar and separate dinette for family dining. More formal gatherings, can be accommodated in the separate dining room adjoining the kitchen. For the late night or rainy day activities, a newly furnished games room with a billiards table, air hockey table, and games, providing entertainment for all.

We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that the person who furnished the house understood that you needed to put your feet up after a long day. There were multiple recliners for us to sit down and rest. My kids loved having a private pool. It was an excellent condition. The house was very clean and kept up. I loved that light switches were labeled so that I knew which switch was for which light. We appreciated the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and the family room. Given the rule that you cannot lower the thermostat, I do wish there were fans in the other rooms as well. They provided fluffy towels, not the thin cheap ones that you get at hotel rooms. The house was in a great location. It was reasonably close to the different places we wanted to go. overall, it was a great stay.

Fantastic property!! Location was exactly what we wanted… clean, spacious - just perfect! When needed, communication with the host was such an easy process. Incredibly helpful and friendly, will definitely be returning. Thank you

The house was clean and the layout was good! The location was convenient for Disneyworld. We did however, have a couple of issues. One was that the owner had us sign a separate contract at the last minute, a week or so before the trip. This should have been done before we agreed to rent the house and before we paid and booked it, not at the last minute, when we could not back out. When we arrived at the house, there was a sign below the thermostat and a house book in a kitchen drawer that stated we were to keep the temperature in the house between 75 and 80 degrees F and it stated that this was a comfortable temperature. It also stated that if we used above normal utilities that we would have to pay the difference. Additionally, the landlord monitors the thermostat via WIFI. Again, if these are the landlord's policies they MUST be stated up front and be in the contract people sign before people book the house, NOT after the fact when the person renting the unit cannot back out. All contractual conditions are set before contracts are signed. Lastly part of the pool lining is very rough, which caused several people in our party, including two young children to get cuts on their toes. This issue needs addressing.
