There are plenty of attractions within a short distance from the property including, Teignmouth and Dawlish towns and beaches, Haldon Forest, Dartmoor National Park and Exeter canal and river. In the surrounding areas there are plenty of opportunities for, walking, cycling, swimming, canoeing, fishing and bird watching. Regular bus service to nearby historic Roman Exeter with good shopping centre and attractions. Beach 5 miles. Shop 10 mins walk, restaurant 100 yards, pub 2 miles.
