This studio offers private lanai and kitchenette with sink, full size fridge and microwave. King size bed, and remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower. This is a corner unit and is quiet with no roads nearby.

Tree Top Studio is a 400 sq foot Suite with cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan and air conditioning. It features teak and bamboo unique vintage style furnishings with a new king, pillowtop bed, comfy sofa, tv w/dvd player, cd/radio/stereo, dining for 2 inside and out.
The corner unit offers privacy with 'tree top' views. The sunny, tiled lanai looks onto a greenbelt of flowering tropical trees and plants filled with birds.
Spacious bath features tiled, glassblock, walk-in shower with pebblestone floor and 2 shower heads.
The 'kitchenette' has a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and kitchen sink. Dishes and silverware are provided. The nearby pools offer gas bbq's.
This is the perfect, affordable accommodation for those who do not wish to do a lot of cooking. Have breakfast in, keep your Maui blanc chilled, have ice and a blender for your mai tais, the gas grills nearby can sear your ahi and you can dine under the stars on your lanai. Wailea and Kihei have many restaurants to choose from.

Everything (check-in/out) went smoothly.Owner thoughtfully had frozen ice packs and insulated bags to keep drinks cool on beach and provided several beach towels.Very nice shower.Washer and dryer a plus, even if only used once.

I had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment. It was perfect for my partner and me. All of the kitchen and beach furniture amenities were extremely useful. The villas themselves were beautiful and in a great location in Wailea. I will absolutely book this place again for a future trip to Maui.

Liked this property and there are many reasons to return in the future, however, there was one deal-breaker. Instead of vertical blinds over the sliding glass door (directly across from the bed) as shown in the pictures, there is just a sheer drapery. And when I say sheer, I mean sheer. I went out on the lanai in the evening and could see everything inside the condo. The property has a fairly steep drop off behind the condo to a creek bed, then rises back up a distance away and yes, there are a lot of trees. Didn’t give me great comfort. Then I looked and noticed the lanai was a shared lanai separated by a lattice fence that doesn’t quite extend to the railing, so large planters were added to close in the space. The planters had no living plants (as pictured), so very easy to peek around (or over the lattice) and see in your neighbors room with no problem. As a female who values my privacy, this was a deal-breaker. If you have no problem with this, then I would highly recommend the condo. The price is great, it’s a 10 minute walk from the shops (15 coming back because it’s up hill), spacious, has enough kitchen supplies for breakfast and lunch, king sized bed with a comfortable mattress, washer/dryer, air conditioner that cools the room with no problem, large bathroom, parking, and extra keys. The only thing missing was a bar of soap. Luckily we are both experienced travelers and brought a travel bar. If the sheers are replaced with vertical blinds as pictured (or some other adequate drapery), we will be back in a heartbeat.
