After a day exploring the glorious World Heritage Jurassic Coast or strolling through the wonderful countryside, chat and relax in the sitting room on a comfortable sofa with warm light provided by lamps. From here you can look out through the French doors leading to the patio and enjoy the view of the hill behind the property. In this outdoor area featuring beautiful roses, you can sit back and relax whilst listening to the birds and watching the sunlight dance across the space.

What a lovely holiday home - in an idyllic rural setting with lots of different walks right on the doorstep- but also only a stone's throw from Bridport town and only a mile from West Bay beach and harbour. We have three dogs and it was hard to find a place that would allow that many. Yet Sweet Briar was clean, light, airy and well equipped; it felt really relaxing - lovely private patio with rosebushes and garden furniture. Great base to explore Dorset from. Cream tea waiting on arrival is a nice touch. Helpful tip - the water is quite hard so use bottled water in the kettle to make your tea!

This is the second time we have stayed there very clean and comfortable owner very polite and helpful lovely little Village And loved West bay we will definitely return again as it is very peaceful and quiet and it had everything we needed and very dog friendly and we love the little church in the village

Arrived to a lovely clean bright apartment Nicely furnished and modern. Kitchen well equipped.. Great having fenced off garden for our dog and pleasant to sit in the sunshine. Good for parking. Very near to West Bay and Bridport . Only five minutes in the car .Good area to get to Lyme Regis and Weymouth . The only negative was the noise from apartment above. Creaking floorboards and could hear every time they moved and vibrations from the washing machine .

A wonderful retreat for relaxing, hiking, beachcombing, sightseeing.Very comfortable accomodation, immaculately clean, tucked away in a very peaceful edge of village location. Great area for dog walking and so close to the beach we felt we had everything on our doorstep.Lovely cream tea and a jug of milk awaited our arrival, could not ask for a better welcome! Thank you so much for a very special few days!
