The delightful Violet Cottage, with a large enclosed garden and only 10 yards from the beach, is perfect for a family seaside holiday.. 1 step to entrance.

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Large enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This stunning, seaside cottage is located just 10 yards from beach, in the beautiful village of Kingsdown. Violet Cottage has been lovingly decorated and furnished to a very good standard. It appeals to many different guests including families, friends, couples and pets!
Surrounding the cottage there is plenty of well-managed, outdoor private space to enjoy in the summer months. Outside seating and dining facilities are supplied along with bicycle storage and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.
Inspired by the surrounding landscape, Violet Cottage has a seaside theme and plenty of charm. There are three comfortable bedrooms all with sea views, one room hosts a kingsize bed, one with a double bed and the other offers a bunk bed. French doors from the living room lead onto a delightful terrace, with views over the sea grass to the pebbly beach. For the winter months, enjoy the warmth of the wood burner in the living room, plan the next day’s activities and relax in peace and quiet.
The local pub is a stone’s throw away which offers a wide range of local ales. Take a trip back in time with Walmer and Deal Castles, explore the promenade of Deal and take a day trip to France from Dover. This cottage is the perfect location for a fantastic, family seaside break. Shop 300 yards, pub 50 yards and restaurant 3 miles.

Beautiful cottage, exactly what we were after. The place itself was spotlessly clean, and located right on the beach gives it such a beautiful charm. Our children loved the bunkbeds and we all slept so well. Thank you again, we hope to be back in the new year.

We had a lovely break at Violet Cottage , it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and the view onto the beach was a joy to wake up too. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous location with just a few minutes walk to the beach. Amazing views too. Wonderful cosy and well equipped cottage - beautifully clean. Will definitely try to return. Lovely place to stay
