"A very peaceful and private getaway - Lovely cottage I was well taken care of. Beautiful view, just one of the skylights needs a blind and can let the morning in a little too early...! Review indepen..."

Alnwick Castle where part of the Harry Potter films were made takes approximately 1 hour, where you can visit the enchanting water gardens and treehouse, and stroll along the cobbled streets. Drive a little further north and follow the Heritage Coastal Route to come across Seahouses and Bamburgh, and the enchanting Holy Island or Lindasfarne, making a great day trip.
