The property is amazing. Massive closed garden and well maintained (the gardener comes once a week in between two lettings).  The house itself is very spacious with lots of storage in every room. it was great to be able to store all our things nicely tidy.2 of the beds are new. the bad review mentioning bricks is incorrect. A previous guest broke a bed and it was impossible to buy / deliver a bed the same day. New garden table/ chairsThe very quiet washing machine was really appreciated.New sofa: it was really nice to spend time in the evening playing games on the sofa.the  amazing beach must be 200m. Absolutely no traffic in the area (it is a private estate) and the house is even more secluded in a small cul de sacLots of walks around, either on the beach or in the countryside nearby (longest Alex avenue in the world, who knew?). The beach is very different from  Brighton / woking with no block of flats, no road, no "promenade"A few corner shops in the village.

The bungalow was spacious and had everything we needed for a self catering break.

Overall good experience. We could not give the full stars, because the house needs a good cleaning, as others previously stated. It’s all a bit outdated, but the location is good.

We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow, it was close to the beach and nice walks but you needed to drive to get shopping. The bungalow is detached, roomy and has a large, totally enclosed garden, which our dog loved. The bungalow is at the bottom of a short, narrow cul-de-sac. There is parking for one vehicle, we found it tight because we have a large 4x4 vehicle but managed to park. The bungalow is spacious inside and light. We had everything we needed but the interior, curtains, furnishings etc are very dated. The bedding and towels were clean and there was a decent shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
