About this lodge
Serene Getaway on the Delaware River and Delaware Canal, a birder's delight!
110-year-old sculptor's summer home. Right in the center of everything Bucks County has to offer. Decorated in serene, comfortable, charming decor. You will feel like you are on a retreat! Air conditioning. Bathrooms, with walk-in pebble showers. Full kitchen. Original hardwood floors. Massive granite back deck facing Delaware River with Adirondack chairs to relax in at a fire pit! Beautifully appointed. "Glamping" at its best!
The owner lives next door and the guest house is on the next property over. You have access to enjoy the yard. The canal w/dock runs along the back of the property.

Many great local restaurants. Close proximity to New Hope/Lambertville. Gorgeous drive upriver to Peddler's Village and wineries. Great gravel trails along the canal. Bikers can access both the PA and NJ sides for trails. River bridge loops make for great "PA-to-NJ" biking. A beautiful stone deck to enjoy nature and bird migration!
Local river outfitters upriver for water sports. Landing nearby for boat access.
Close electric bike rentals too!

RATES: Please see rate tab for current rates. Rates are based on a "2 person" occupancy. Additional guests over the first two persons are an additional charge.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Arrivals: You can check-in as early as any time after 10 am, there is just an additional $50 charge given you now have almost another full day on the property!
Departures: If I do not have another party checking in, our extended day options are: Check out up to 3 pm: $35, up to 6 pm: $60, up to 9 pm: $85.
Anything later requires another night’s stay.

I have stayed at this wonderful home on the water multiple times and I LOVE it! The balcony and fire pit along with all the cute details that make each and every room fun to hang out in. The living room is cozy and the bedroom beds are extremely comfortable. I will absolutely stay there again. PLUS, the host is available should any need arise and is very responsive. The kitchen was clean and we made meals in the home as well. Great stay! 10/10!

Lovely cottage exactly as described. Lush natural landscaping made it hard to believe we were in a town. Loved the patio and having a small fire in the evenings. Host was helpful and responsive. We plan to re-book in the future.

Relaxing retreat in a beautiful place.We stayed in this beautiful location hosted by Judith for two nights.The house is very nice, everything you need or can think of was there at hand. It felt like a home away from home. We loved attention to a detail, very nice decor and beautiful view from a spacious deck.From there it was a short ride to the New Hope, Lambertville and Peddler’s Village. All very beautiful and full of small town charm. I highly recommend Judith’s place for your next big city escape or any occasion,
