About this house rental
Oceanfront, single-family home with spectacular views. Reversed-living with three stories. Panoramic views of ocean and bay from the top deck. Guarded beach. Right next to Ship Bottom downtown. Cherry hardwood floor throughout living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Granite counter top with GE Profile stainless appliances. Marbles in all bathrooms. Central AC. Master bedroom is on the third floor with a sitting area. One-car garage with additional off street parking. Large LCD flat TV. WiFi broadband Internet access. For those who might wonder, luckily this house is totally unaffected by Super Storm Sandy in 2012. (Unlike hotels, linens, towels, blanket and pillows are not provided.) Please review contract before online booking

This was a perfect spot for a beach vacation! You can not beat the location. Stunning views of beach and bay side sunsets. You can even walk to the corner for a snack and ice cream. The bring your own linens policy was new to me but I understand it's standard for many rentals here. Be prepared bring your own pillows and blankets or use a service. Would def stay again! We had a great stay. Jennifer made the check-in and check-out very easy with excellent and prompt communication. This is a great location on the island, not as busy as other spots. The beach is also not as populated and easy access. The ocean views from the house are excellent. I would highly recommend this house for a family.

Couldn’t beat the location of being right on the beach and in walking distance to some restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf places. Would stay again because of the convenience of the location. Pictures are true to what you get. Property should complain to cleaning service they use, definitely need to do a better job.

The location is lovely; however, when we arrived it was 90 degrees in the house and the thermostat was not working - horrible first night. The owner had a repair man come the next morning so that problem was resolved. The house was not clean enough for the price. Not enough parking. We left a day early.
