Commanding glorious countryside views on the fringes of this quiet village, this beautifully converted, single storey property offers comfortable holiday accommodation whatever the season. Only 1 mile from an award-winning pub, this property is a haven in which to relax and unwind in. The quiet country lanes are ideal for walking and cycling, and property is ideally placed to explore the many delights of Norfolk and Suffolk. The market town of Beccles, with its river, pubs, restaurants, delightful shops and station, is just 3 miles. Lowestoft with its sandy beach and promenade, Oulton Broad with its Thursday night speed boat racing, Southwold, famous for its beer and summer theatre, Sutton Hoo (National Trust), Africa Alive and Fritton Countryworld are all within a short drive. The medieval city of Norwich, with its castle, cathedral and fine shopping, is 21 miles. Perfect for bird watching, the RSPB Mimsmere is approximately 20 miles away. Beach 5 miles. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1 mile.

Excellent location but note that New Lane has no sign off the main road. Ideally, one needs "what three words" address for exact location.Very quiet and peaceful. Furnishings and bed very comfortable. Kitchen area adequately equipped apart from a lack of glasses suitable for beer or short drinks.Good bus service from the main road for Norwich and Lowestoft.Ideal getaway for two people. We are definitely planning to return.

Our short stay was a pleasure everything was nice and clean. Apart from one day when it poured down the others was good. Very pleasant 4 days.
