Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating and electricity (£10per week October–April), bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: As this is a working farm, children must be supervised at all times.. Situated just over a mile from the North Cornwall Coast and the sandy beaches of Porthtowan with its saltwater bathing pool and St Agnes, this single storey property is a converted dairy situated on a working farm, tucked away along a private lane but within easy reach of the A30 and a myriad of coastal footpaths. Only 8 miles from Truro, you can easily visit the west of the country or explore the Eden Project or a spot of surfing 4 miles away on Perranporth sandy beach. Situated in a rural position on the outskirts of the village of Mount Hawke which provides a florist and village stores and is an ideal base for touring and walking. Shop 1 mile and pub 1½ miles.

The old dairy was perfect clean warm & comfortable, lots of little extras, tea & biscuits, eggs milk, & wine !!

A beautiful peaceful spot, not far from the coast, the accommodation was very clean, warm and comfortable with a lovely garden for sunny days.

A really great place to stay. Everything we needed and probably the best we have stayed in. Good location for visiting other beaches etc and Porthtowan is just a mile away and a great beach. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Originally booked a week but stayed for two! Will come again hopefully.
