With over 2800 square miles of coastline, forests and mountains, and wildlife, walking and cycling on the doorstep, this secluded holiday escape has easy access to outdoor pursuits. Shop 8 miles, restaurant/pub 1½ miles.. All on the Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player, Ipod Dock, DVDs, CDs, Woodburner
Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity and logs for wood burner (£50 October-April), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed large decked area with garden furniture. Hot tub (private, £30 per booking October-April). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children. There are 3 steps to the decked area. This property has a security deposit of £120 and a natural water supply from a well.

A £120 SECURITY DEPOSIT is payable on, or prior to arrival by card, cash or BACS. The amount will be returned to the client following inspection of the property and that check out time has been adhered to.
