The location is superb, 10 minutes walk down to Windermere centre and 20 minutes walk to the lake at Bowness where you can enjoy a boat trip. Take one of the many country walks from the doorstep or explore central Lakeland by car. Shop 300 yards, pubs and restaurants 1/2 mile.
