Our little Tropical Vacation Paradise!
Combining the whitest beaches of Florida with the bright, exotic Emerald Green waters of the Caribbean...all within steps of our condo. Greet the sunrise with an early morning walk, or a fresh juice and bagel from Camille's right next door. Enjoy your evening coffee or happy hour on the private balcony!
The condo itself is located in the Caribbean Dunes complex, which is situated in the family oriented Crystal Beach, a beautiful area of Destin. If you look on a map, you will see the area sits between the main area of Destin and Miramar Beach.
The neighborhood is very quaint, with cottage-style homes, and no high-rises. Our complex has a large swimming pool, hot tub and several barbecue grills available for our guests since outdoor grilling isn't allowed on the balconies due to fire codes.
We are lucky to have one of the best views on our complex - A beautiful straight-on view of the Gulf from the balcony, and living area. We are on the 2nd floor, end/corner unit, with beach access 100 yards away from the door. No need to pack the car up to then battle the traffic and parking at the beach.
We are non-smoking, and comes comfortably furnished, and have a well equipped kitchen that includes all of your major appliances and necessities you might need, in addition to a washer/dryer combo located right in the unit. The living room and bedroom have flat screen TV's.
The unit can sleep a family of 4 comfortably, with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, and 2 bunk beds in the hallway. Bed linens, kitchen and bathroom towels are provided, but beach towels are not.
**Our condo association via Caribbean Dunes has implemented a complete NO smoking policy, which now even includes our individual outdoor patio's. This unfortunately also includes cigars.
Located adjacent during the summer months is a great local spot that rents out bicycles, kayak's and paddle boards. And just one mile away is Destin Commons, a host to many shopping stores, movie's, family dining, and grocery shopping. Silver Sands Premium Outlets in Miramar is a little down the road, great stores also!
For fun family activities, the Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, the Track and other mini golf courses are also close by. The popular Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin is also fun for the family. There are so many options to choose from.

The Gulf view was great for breakfast on the balcony in the morning and the property looked newly renovated. The walk in the shower with dual shower heads was also nice. The master bedroom bed was smaller than it looked in the photo and uncomfortable, but other than that our stay was great.

I can not say enough about how wonderful this condo is! This was our third time staying here and it truly is perfect! The owner's are absolutely wonderful! We wont book anywhere else, when in Destin!

This property was perfect for us ! Clean, spacious enough for 2 teans, and nicely furnished. Great location , the local food was amazing ,whether you wanted seafood , burgers , or tacos. Walk to the beach and stay all day ! "Use more sunscreen than you usually would ". 10 /10 I have already recommend to a family member .

Awesome property! We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in to see the entire unit had been updated. The pictures posted of the unit does not do it justice! My husband and I enjoyed the ocean view..this condo may be the only condo on the property that actually has an ocean view. We love Crystal beach area due to it being very family friendly and overall quiet. Camilles restaurant is literally right next door which is super convenient! We called in to go orders of sushi when we wanted to stay in. The property owner and her daughter were sweet and always available. The pool and hot tub are simple. It was nice to take a dip after being on the beach all day. We will definitely be back!
