Pet-friendly – bring your furry friend along - they'll love the dog park! 2-dog max, $50 per pet per night/$225 per week fee. Please note your pet when making a reservation (dogs only).

A signed rental agreement is required. Renters must be at least 25 years of age and provide valid proof of age.
Bringing a boat? Slips are available within walking distance (first come, first served). $40/day or $200/week. Call us to reserve your spot when booking your stay!

The home was lovely, well furnished, and we had all the extras that we needed. Spent a lovely, quiet week along the marina over the Christmas holiday, and just loved our time there.

This is our fifth year spending Labor Day at Potnets, and it never disappoints. We love the community amenities and always have a great time celebrating my son’s birthday and hosting friends.The home is well-equipped, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. Debbie, the rentals manager, is exceptional to work with—she goes above and beyond to make sure the entire experience is seamless.
