About this house rental
Free Excellent Unlimited WIFI 30 MB’s upload and download, 6 year old 1400 sq/ft vacation home with private pool and satellite TV on 1.25 acres in Eco Lagarto, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The backyard is a lovely piece of jungle with a creek only through raining season. Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. Each bedroom includes: air conditioners with remote, ceiling fan, 2 night stands, lounge chair, and spacious closet. Master suite has walk in closet with en-suite bathroom, 42" smart TV with cable and walkout to covered patio with porcelain tiles. Front door/laundry room has door to foyer for noise control. Extravagant hallway to bedrooms, main bath and open kitchen and living room. There are patio doors overlooking jungle from living room and extra large patio doors overlooking pool patio and front driveway. There is a large rooftop patio with metal railing and porcelain tiles atop the living room, staircase to upper patio at back door exit. All appliances are stainless steel with granite counters throughout. The living room has large air conditioner and remote, ceiling fan, TV with cable, surround sound and hardwood dining room table. Kitchen and bath cupboards are beautiful dark hardwood as well.

Our host was in contact with us before and during our stay to ensure everything was good. The property was absolutely gorgeous and the visits from the monkeys each day was such a treat! Great property in nature. Monkeys almost everyday and many birds. Regular maintenance of pool and grounds provided by friendly local staff. Quiet and peaceful.

Overall I would highly recommend Blair's house - it has a great location surrounded by the sounds of nature. Groups of howler monkeys regularly came by to visit while we were in the pool or on the rooftop deck. It is somewhat far from nearby restaurants - roughly a 20 min drive on challenging roads. However we really enjoyed the relative isolation and the nearby beaches which were free of tourists. Blair was very available to address any questions or problems.

The property was great and the perfect oasis for me to relax. Monkeys really did show up in the trees outside almost every other day and were so cool to watch. The host was proactive with communications and made sure to check-in with me throughout my stay. Plenty of beach options nearby and days I didn’t feel like going to the beach I sat by the private pool. Great place to stay.
