Stroll to go ice skating and sledding in the winter and to the farmers' market and Memory Square Pool in the summer.

Very convenient location with walkable restaurants etc. It is a beautiful house! Timely and thoughtful communication from our host throughout. There were many child-friendly details in the house which (although I did not have any little kids with me) my adult son with autism very much appreciated. I would recommend it to anyone.

The location is perfect and the house is charming! Very clean, beautiful back yard, and quick and easy communication with the host. The layout of the house is great for a family with a room on the front for kids and a perfect bedroom/bathroom on the back by the back yard for adults to move around the house after bedtime without issue.

The house was perfect for our family visiting for CU graduation. Three bedrooms put everybody up comfortably- and walking distance to downtown for coffee, dinners, and shopping. The home has a beautiful garden to relax in out back. Totally recommend this home!

We had a great stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The host was easy to reach and lovely to chat with. We enjoyed the front garden, which was in bloom. The location is fabulous. Historic Downtown Louisville is bustling and has a great selection of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. The farmers market is excellent. It was a short and pleasant walk from the rental to dining and entertainment.

JoAnna’s property is beautiful, and the accommodations were plentiful. Unlike some rental properties, JoAnna supplies her guests with all of the necessities plus several extras-all added with a personal touch. Her property is located in the perfect spot for walking to charming Louisville and driving to several Colorado tourist attractions and hiking opportunities. Our family certainly enjoyed our first trip to Colorado!

The home was tidy, well equipped and organized, family friendly, and in a fantastic location that allowed us to walk anywhere we wanted in Louisville for daily play and meals, It is also a very close drive to Boulder fun as well. We loved the location of this property. Our daughter and her husband came from Austin and we came from So Cal to stay on this quaint home and town. Loved that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home was clean and met all of our needs. JoAnna was easy to communicate with although we had no problems to address.

This was the best maintained and well appointed houses I have ever stayed in on VRBO. Everything in the house functioned and the house was spotless. The house has some basic cooking essentials such as cooking spray and some spices. The location was perfect. It's a block off of the main street with shops and restaurants. It's a safe neighborhood and its within driving distance to all main attractions in the area. The host was very kind and attentive. She even left us welcome snacks of chips and salsa, coffee, and chocolates. This stay was absolutely perfect!

3 of us stayed at Joanna's for 3 nights so we could visit our daughter/sister in Boulder for Thanksgiving. The house was just as pictured, very clean, and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the host always responded promptly, and on our last morning there, someone came by to shovel away the snow that had accumulated overnight! I definitely recommend, and will return for future visits.

The location was fantastic! The owner was great and the house fit our needs perfectly. The only suggestion I have is to clean under the beds (we found a couple of items that were not ours) and have a trash can in the kitchen especially since there is no garbage disposal would have been very helpful.

We only stayed for one day and two nights, but we greatly enjoyed how walkable the neighborhood was. A very short walk of only a couple blocks will take you to a huge selection of restaurants and multiple parks with playgrounds. The size of the house was perfect for us. We were traveling with Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and two young children (3 & 5). It was great to find a place with three bedrooms, including a room with two twin sized beds. We arrived in the evening after a long day of travel and the kids were thrilled to find sidewalk chalk ready for them on the porch. This kept them well entertained while we unpacked and figured out dinner. Later, once the chalk had lost its luster the kids found a cache of books in their bedroom closet. The backyard had a couple kickballs and was large enough for the kiddos to run around a bit. On Saturday we walked around the farmers market and let the kids run off some steam at a nearby playground. The house was a perfect break between traveling by car Friday & flying home from the Denver airport on Sunday.

This house is better than the very well written description on VRBO. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The historic designation of the house is carried out inside with well selected antiques. Beds comfortable and outdoor spaces enjoyable. New grill works well. JoAnna, the owner, is quick to respond and alerted us to any lawn maintenance workers. We have used VRBO for over 15 years and this rental is in our top three. Boulder, Denver, the mountains, the wonderful downtown Louisville are all easily accessible. The personal touch of leaving a half gallon of milk and a quart of sparkling water in the fridge is only topped by the bag of chips and salsa and chocolate bars. I would highly recommend this property. We rated all areas as a 5 but would be higher if a score of 10 was available.

Friends and I stayed over Mother's Day weekend for a friend's reunion. The house is lovely and everything was clean and very pretty. The property has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds in them - two queens and one room with 2 twins. There's a washer/dryer and the owner is SUPER communicative. Really loved Louisville and we can't wait to come back.

We’ll definitely come back. House was old and historic, yet modern and clean with every thing we needed. The location cannot be beat (1 block away from downtown) and the owners were welcoming, responsive, and available to help with anything. House was warm and toasty through the Christmas freeze, and we had fun watching movies and playing the xylophone. A true 5-star stay. Thank you!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is historic and very special, but also updated with a modern kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances. The owner was extremely thoughtful and supplied high quality household products, including coffee! The interior was also spotless and the beds very comfortable. We also enjoyed the location, which is two blocks from cafes and local shops. There is so much to do in the greater Boulder area and we only regretted not having more time at the property.

What an amazing place! We were lucky enough to snag a reservation here- staying with six of us total (including two small children). The house is wonderful, and JoAnna does a fantastic job making you feel welcome. Super close to so many amazing stores and restaurants. Loved this house! Decorated just darling. Clean, many amenities available. We had two extremes of weather, one day was 96 degrees outside, the next day it was in the 50’s and we were so comfortable with the ac and heater! Property manager was available and kept in contact throughout the entire visit. Walking distance to many great establishments. So sad to leave! Such a great visit.

The location of this cute cottage is wonderful. It is only 1.5 blocks from Main Street Louisville that has coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and a great ice cream shop and much more! The beautiful tree by the back porch is very relaxing to sit under and socialize with your friends and family. The cottage is very well kept and clean.
