Our home is perfectly situated - just blocks away from Memory Square Park, Louisville Public Library, restaurants, shops, etc. Wonderful location for families. Stroll to go ice skating and sledding in the winter and to the farmers' market and Memory Square Pool in the summer.
Boulder is just a 15 minute drive, Denver 30 and Eldora 50. One can easily get out & explore. Spend the day hiking, biking, climbing, or skiing/boarding, kayaking -- there are so many outdoor adventures that await in Boulder County!

Our family of five, including our one year old grandson, enjoyed this lovely house during our daughter’s graduation from CU. It was just perfect and every detail was well thought out. Louisville is a short drive from Boulder, so it was nice to get out of the crazy graduation crowd and explore the cute downtown.

This was our 2nd time staying in Louisville. This property was lovely and perfect for us. It was within walking distance of all the downtown coffee shops, restaurants and bars. It was in reasonable driving distance to Boulder and Denver. It had a well equipped kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. The linens and towels were fluffy and plentiful, and the cute bunny sleeping under the tree in the back yard was a sweet bonus!
